1: Schedule Your Discovery Call
Your health is an investment and as such, it is important to fully understand what is entailed so you can make the best decision moving forward. Schedule a quick 15 minute call here with me to make sure this is the right fit for you!
2. Your Initial Consultation
Once we both decide this is a right fit, we will schedule your initial consultation. This will consist of a 60-90 minute in-depth consultation to access your current state of health and to discuss your specific health goals.
3. Invest In Your Health
Based on your current state of health and goals, we will determine if either a 3 month or 6 month program would best suit you.
Each program will consist of:
Biweekly 45 minute follow up sessions (6 sessions for the 3 month program and 12 sessions for the 6 month program)
Email follow up after each session reviewing what we spoke about and including guides and handouts, protocols discussed, and any product recommendations made.
Check in form halfway through to assess improvement
Email access and support as well as accountability from me for the duration of your program
